Redeeming a Class Pass: If you would like to use a pass to book a class, please buy the pass FIRST or have the e-mail or code associated with the pass on hand and click "Redeem Package". If you have an account with us, make sure you are signed in to your account. You will not be able to create an account until after you sign up for your first class.

Reserving a Drop-In Class: If you are reserving a drop-in class, please select "Reserve without Paying". You will not be charged until after the class has occurred.

Starting with a dance inspired flow and creative games to get the body warm, we transition into a choreographed combination from the floor into the air. Combining yoga, dance, aerial silks and music, we will open our bodies and minds to new possibilities of flight and self-expression. This high energy combo is choreographed to “Fitness” by Lizzo!!!
Pre-reqs: Able to invert in the air, hip key, and sustain in the air for a few minutes.
